NeuroHealth Associates is a broad based consultation and therapeutic services group with offices in Oregon and Washington. Our mission is to provide high quality, timely and confidential services to our clients. Usual and customary fees are discussed prior to your appointment. These will depend on the nature of the service provided. For consulting, evaluation and mediation projects we can flexibly charge on an hourly basis or an inclusive flat rate, at your discretion. Brief telephone contacts to establish initial working agreements are not charged. A few of our policies include:

  • We will reschedule canceled (more than 24 hours in advance) evaluations once.
  • Evaluations canceled less than 24 hours in advance will be billed at 50% of the agreed fee.
  • All clients are asked to remit payments within 30 days of invoice receipt.
  • Therapy appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance may be billed at the full hourly rate.
  • We ask individual clients to pay fees at the time of service.
  • Details of our policies and procedures can be provided in advance or at the time of service.
